What to use the zip pocket for.... July 25, 2010

You can put a couple of ice cubes in the zip pouch, if you have them. As they melt, the water is absorbed into the fabric and keeps your neck cool. When the fabric dries, put in two more. My husband has this hat and takes it everywhere.

We took the family on vacation to Disney World on our first family vacation. There were 10 of us, three families. The only time available for everyone was July so we went for it. Knowing it would be super hot I decided to look for some type of safari hats to help everyone stay cool. This hat was the ticket. What a fanastic product. The hat had a zipper in the back of it that was another wonderful surprize. It could hold a frozen bottle of water inside it that lay very comfortable across our shoulders keeping us even cooler than expected. Everyone loved them when they got them after we arrived. Lots of people asking where did we get our FANTASTIC hats. Only one was lost during the week and our son was constantly checking lost and found to see if someone returned it, but no such luck.
If your looking for a super hat that packs well don't miss this one.

I bought the exact same hat last summer for more money and this summer we bought this one (for less). We love it. Our 4 year old wears one and I wear the other. My husband bought a cheaper sun hat that he is stuck wearing because no one else likes it. This hat gives great coverage, is easy to pack, is lightweight, and does not overheat you like many outdoor hats. I would highly recommend this hat for people who need sun protection.

I bought this hat for my sister who recently had a malignant skin cancer removed from her nose (she is only 43 - yipes.) She can't say enough about this hat. She cannot get any sun on her face and loves the versatility the hat provides for all her outside activities - she has 3 active kids. She says it is very comfortable, airy and she can wear her hair in a ponytail comfortably. It also stays put on windy days or on the boat. She highly recommends it and loves it. I thought I would share...

This product was everything it stated. The look is stylish, but practical. I really like that it has a clip that can be attached to your clothing. We do boating and I need a hat that will not blow away. There is also a comfortable ajustment in the back for making the hat tighter or looser. I would definitely give this hat 5 stars.
