Updated: I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SELLER OFFERING A TOTAL REFUND BASED ON MY RATING. WOW. THIS WAS A SURPRISE. For this reason alone, I would up my rating to a 4 for Customer Service. I cannot change the facts of how the hat fit, but I am impressed with the response from the seller. This was to be a gift for my 20 something daughter. She loves Audrey, and most of the clothing from Audrey's era. The picture is so elegant. When the pkg arrived, I almost died laughing. The hat is HUGE. We still gave it to her as a gift, just as a lark. Christmas day she put it on and it literally came down to her lips! WE HOWLED WITH LAUGHTER. There was no way to make the hat fit and look other than comical. Now, the scarf was very tiny and maybe it was meant to compensate for the over sized hat. I am not quite sure. The gloves were really the only redeeming part of the entire set. I am sorry, as I rarely rate anything low, and I really do not mean to sound catty here, but you had to be there and see her trying this set on. We have pictures!!!

I waited over a week on my order, which it was meant as a Christmas gift to someone special, only to find out that my order was cancelled with no explanation other than my credit card wasn't charged, and when I revisited the item online, now it shows out of stock.

I DIDN'T KNOW TO MUCH ABOUT ORDERING FROM AMAZON.COM. I WAS JUST BORROWING THOUGH THE INTERNET AND FOUND THIS SITE. I NEEDED A HAT AND GLOVE TO MATCH MY COAT. FOUND THE COLOR I NEDDED. ORDERED IT THEY SENT ME A EMAIL ON WHEN IT SHOULD ARRIVE. IT CAME JUST AS THYE SAID IT WOULD. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT AMAZON. BECAUSE WHEN YOU ORDER THINGS OVER THE NET SOMETIME THEY DON,T COME ON TIME. THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR ORDERING. GETTING IT QUICK AND FAST.
